Directions to the Conference

The conference will take place at the Cabot Intercultural Center on the Tufts University Campus in Medford, MA. Cabot is located at 170 Packard Avenue in Medford, MA.

If you are coming from our co-sponsoring campus: Wellesley, Brandeis, or MIT, there will be FREE SHUTTLE BUSES available to take you to and from the conference. Buses will leave from each campus on Sunday morning and return to each campus in the early evening.

Wellesley Shuttle: Leaves Wang Campus Center at 8:30AM.

Brandeis Shuttle: Leaves Usdan Student Center at 8:30AM.

MIT Shuttle: Leaves McCormick Hall (on Amherst Street side) at 9:00 am.

Shuttles will depart Tufts at approximately 6:30pm to return to each campus.

If you are driving and using Google or Yahoo Maps, enter "Curtis Street and Sunset Road Somerville, MA" as your destination - this is where the entrance to the parking lot is. Once you park, walk up the long walkway and enter the building marked "Mugar." You will see signs directing you to the conference in Cabot.

PARKING

Parking for the conference is available in Fletcher Lot, located off of Curtis Street, near the intersection of Sunset Road. See http://www.tufts.edu/home/maps/medford/?p=parking for parking map (look for a blue square near Curtis Street). Fletcher lot is not marked with a named entrance sign, however there is a sign that says "Blue Staff Decals Only" at the entrance (however the lot is available for parking for all conference participants and no tickets will be given). To Google or Yahoo Map the parking lot entrance, type in "Curtis Street and Sunset Road Somerville, MA"). Once you park, walk up the long walkway and enter the building marked "Mugar." You will see signs directing you to the conference in Cabot.
